7/18/2007 - M4 INTERCHANGE PARK, CELBRIDGE LAUNCHED ON THE MARKET

The first phase of 17 warehousing / light industrial units has been launched for sale off plans at the new M4 Interchange Park, Celbridge, Co. Kildare. The new development by Castlekeel Ltd. is located north of Celbridge Town on the old Maynooth Road. Celbridge is a rapidly expanding town within 19 km of Dublin City, 4.5 km from Lucan, 4.5 km from Leixlip and has easy access to the M4 Interchange which is only 500 metres from the park entrance.

There is an acute shortage of warehousing / light industrial space in the area and the existing permission provides for an additional 39 units which are being held for future release.

The units will be finished to a high standard and the development will be managed.

The units range in size from 103.3 – 206.6 sq. m. and prices range from €297,500 - €605,000 (exclusive). The anticipated date of completion is early 2008 and the joint agents have taken bookings on four of the units prior to the formal launch. They envisage a strong level of interest in the development.
