William Harvey & Co. is pleased to announce the sale of an extensive refurbished industrial facility, namely, Unit 260 Western Industrial Estate for approximately €10 million.

The facility extends to 7,003 sq. m. / 75,379 sq. ft. on a site of 1.51 ha / 3.73 acres. The property has been totally refurbished with newly fitted offices, a new roof and re-clad external elevations.

The property has been purchased by Modern Kitchens, arguably Ireland’s premier fitted kitchen and bedroom manufacturer. Paul Begley, Managing Director, comments “Due to continued growth in our business, we have recently re-located from our former premises on the Longmile Road to the new facility. We are delighted to have secured a facility in the same location”.

Selling agent, Bill Harvey of William Harvey & Co., comments “this is one of the most significant sales to date in 2006 of a building for occupation as opposed to re-development purposes”.
