William Harvey & Co. is pleased to announce the arrival of two new tenants at Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. The business park is situated just off the Rathcoole intersection on the N7 Naas Road and 3 minutes drive time from the new outer ring road.
Each of the facilities has been purpose built for the respective tenants.
BB Distribution is re-locating from Whiteheather Industrial Estate on South Circular Road to Block 531 at the business park, a new detached high bay warehouse facility of 2,012 sq. m. comprising 1,683 sq. m. of warehouse space, with a clear internal height of 10 metres, and 329 sq. m. offices situated on a site of 0.46 ha / 1.14 acres.
Cahill May Roberts has committed to Block 645 at the business park, a new detached high bay warehouse facility of 2,848 sq. m. comprising 2,726 sq. m. of warehouse space, with a clear internal height of 12 metres, and 122 sq. m. offices situated on a site of 0.57 ha / 1.4 acres. The facility is nearing completion.
The facilities are state of the art detached logistics / distribution buildings which benefit from excellent cubic capacity, multiple dock level loading access and generous service yards. Greenogue, Rathcoole is now firmly established as a prime location for companies engaged in distribution.
Both properties have been let on long leases and the rents equate to €108 per sq. m. per annum (exclusive).
