An investment producing €115,000 p.a. (exclusive) has just been sold at Baldonnell Business Park, Naas Road, Dublin 22.
The property is a modern detached office and warehouse facility extending to 1,024 sq. m. It was recently let in May 2006 to Parker Sales (Irl.) Ltd. by William Harvey & Co. for 4 years 9 months. The deal represents a net yield of 4.6%.
