Due to continued growth in our business, an opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic niche agency team. The candidate will have 2 - 4 years post qualification experience. While IAVI or SCS membership would be advantageous, candidates with suitable experience will be considered.

The role will involve participating in a small experienced team with the main focus on sales, lettings and acquisition of industrial, logistics and warehousing facilities, development land sales and investment sales.

To a lesser extent, the candidate will also assist in valuations, rent reviews and general professional services work for retained clients.

Good communication skills, professional manner, motivation to work independently, computer literacy and full drivers license will be a requirement.
