5/24/2007 - GREENOGUE SITE FOR SALE BY TENDER
A 0.404 ha / 1 acre site at Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin is being offered for sale by tender on Wednesday 27th June 2007 (unless previously sold).
All main services are available to the front boundary of the site and under the South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2004 – 2010, the site is Zoned Objective E “to provide for Enterprise, Employment and Related Uses”.
Greenogue Business Park is the fastest growing industrial park in Dublin and has seen a significant increase in take up of space over the past two years. Occupiers include PRL Group, Lucey Transport, Irish Pride Bakeries, John Paul Construction, Liffey Developments, Cahill May Roberts, BB Distribution, BTI Engineering, Moran Freight Services, Richmond Building Products, and L&M Developments, to name but a few.
There are currently no other industrial zoned sites available for sale in the area and the agents expect a good level of interest from end users wishing to construct their own facility. The site could accommodate a detached facility of up to 1,800 sq. m. (subject to planning permission).
The guide price is €1.6 million (exclusive).
