The property is equidistant from Belgard Road and Greenhills Road and LUAS is available nearby at Belgard Station, with an estimated travel time to Connolly Station of 35 minutes. Tallaght Village is a mere 1.2 km away. Occupiers in the area include National Irish Bank, Johnson & Johnson (Ireland), Sony (Ireland), Robert Roberts, Subaru Ireland, Miele and Fruitfield Jacobs. The area is currently undergoing major change with several new mixed use developments underway on Airton Road and a number of motor showrooms have already been completed.
