6/27/2007 - LETTINGS HAT-TRICK FOR HARVEY'S AT GREENOGUE
William Harvey & Co. has completed a hat-trick of significant lettings at the popular Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, situated just off the Naas Road (N7).
Univar Ireland are the latest addition to the occupier line up and have leased a new detached bespoke facility of 3,042 sq. m. on a site of 0.83 ha / 2.04 acres on a long term basis. William Harvey & Co. acted on behalf of the developer of the Park, Sandymark Construction.
Two other lettings were also handled this year by William Harvey & Co. at the business park for private investors. Unit H1, extending to 1,837 sq. m., was let to PRL Group in January and Unit 537, extending to 1,834 sq. m., was let to Johnston Logistics in April.
The agents report that there is very strong level of interest for property and sites in the area but an acute shortage of suitably zoned lands available. They cite immediate access to the Naas Road (N7) and the proximity of the Outer Ring Road (3 minutes drive time) as major advantages for the location. From the end of 2007, the Outer Ring Road will connect the N4, N7 and N81.
Quoting rents in the area for high bay facilities in excess of 1,400 sq. m. are currently ranging from €124 - €130 per sq. m. per annum (exclusive).
