9/13/2007 - LAST REMAINING UNIT IN RED COW RETAIL CENTRE
Red Cow Retail Centre is now fully completed with the remaining retail warehouse now being offered for sale.

The Centre is situated adjacent to the Moran Red Cow Hotel Complex which is to be substantially extended. Interestingly, the Centre is included in the ‘Naas Road Gateway Urban Design Masterplan - Indicative Boundary’ map issued recently by South Dublin County Council Planning Department.

The Centre comprises 6 retail warehouse units with four of 708 sq. m. and two of 1,102 sq. m. with accommodation laid out over two floors in a managed and landscaped environment.

The anchor unit of 1,102 sq. m. will be occupied by Harley Davidson. The units of 708 sq. m. have been let or sold to Sliderobes, Premier Golf, Wood Flooring Systems, and Mobalpa Kitchens.

The last remaining unit of 1,102 sq. m. at the entrance to the Centre is now being offered for sale at €3.6 million (exclusive).
