11/7/2007 - PULSE ACCESSORIES ACQUIRE NEW €5 MILLION HQ AT GREENOGUE BUSINESS PARK
Pulse Accessories will shortly be re-locating to a new purpose built HQ within Greenogue Business Park due to continued expansion in their business. They have recently acquired Block 649 extending to 2,367 sq m but which is being further extended and benefits from a profile position off College Road which will become a public road in the future.

The sale was handled by William Harvey & Co.

William Harvey & Co. is now offering two new high bay distribution facilities totalling 3,761 sq m for sale or to let within Greenogue Business Park. Unit A, Block 603 extends to 1,175 sq m on 0.23 ha / 0.587 acres and Unit B, Block 603 extends to 2,586 sq m on 0.49 ha / 1.23 acres. The facilities benefit from generous concrete surfaced yards to the front and 10 metres clear internal height. They are almost complete and will be ready for occupation by the end of November.

Quoting prices are €2,528,600 for Unit A, €5,147,810 for Unit B or €7,486,765 for the entire. Quoting prices are exclusive.
