11/21/2007 - CLONMEL ENTERPISES AND WILLIAM HARVEY & CO. FLYING HIGH WITH €90 MILLION WORTH OF DEALS AT AERODROME BUSINESS PARK
Clonmel Enterprises are delighted to announce part of the occupier line up for their new 22 ha / 55 acre warehousing/logistics development, Aerodrome Business Park (Off Naas Road N7), Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. The Park is situated 550 metres from the Rathcoole Interchange on the Naas Road N7 adjacent to Greenogue Business Park. Particular attention has been paid to the Park carriageways and landscaping.

Occupiers will include McCormick Macnaughton who has acquired 2.42 ha/5.98 acres, Oriental Emporium who has acquired a new 2,787 sq m facility, ECI JCB who has acquired 2,523 sq m on 1.2 ha/2.97 acres, Heiton Buckley & Heiton Steel who have acquired 6.27 ha/15.5 acres, Power Home Products who has acquired 3,252 sq m and Broderick Grass Machinery Specialists who has acquired 0.43 ha/1.08 acres. Fannin Healthcare has committed to a new long lease for a facility of 4,290 sq m on a frontage site of 1.2 ha/2.97 acres.

Investors have also been active purchasing Units D and L extending to 1,950 sq m and 2,898 sq m respectively. Sites B & K extending to 2.72 ha/6.74 acres have been sold for speculative development of smaller units.

The last remaining site is Site G, situated in a prominent position at the Park entrance. This extends to 2.33 ha/5.76 acres and bespoke facilities can be offered on this from 3,715 sq m – 12,075 sq m on a lease or sale basis.

All transactions were handled by Sole Agent William Harvey & Co., Industrial Property Specialists and several enquiries are being handled for the last remaining frontage site. Recent prices range from €2,260 per sq m and annual rents from €129 per sq m.
